Arriving late may affect your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled time. This prevents delaying the next client and a full charge will still be applied. If it's your first time visiting the salon, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete the client consultation card. This documents is 100% confidential and will be stored in a secure encrypted database.
For all cancellations, the salon requires 24 hours notice. Failure to do this and we're unable to re-sell the reservation time will result in 50% of the total treatment price being charged. Cancellations should be made by either calling the salon on 01384 395535 or by email: email@example.com .
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or order.
Pedmore Beauty Rooms will refund in full if a retail product is proven faulty. If required, Pedmore Beauty Rooms can assist with obtaining manufacturers proof that your product is not fit for purpose. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. Proof of purchase for your item is required always.
Retail products that are fit for the purpose may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for equal or lesser value products. If there is a price difference the customer can either be given salon vouchers or be charged the difference plus tax.
Returns accepted are given as salon vouchers. No cash refunds will be given. Pedmore Beauty Rooms will not accept returns if the product is damaged or the item is discontinued. Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. Products will not be accepted 14 days after the date of purchase or the product contains less than 90% of the original amount. In order to exchange a used product, there must be at least 90% of product remaining and will be subject to a 10% return fee.
All warranties are provided by the manufacturers.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the manager.
Discounts earned via the salon's loyalty scheme cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. The loyalty scheme card must not be transferred to a third party and remains the property of Pedmore Beauty Rooms. The salon reserves the right to terminate the scheme without notice.
All gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Each gift voucher will have a unique number. Please quote this number at the time of booking your appointment. The voucher must be handed to the salon therapist at the start of your treatment.
Pedmore Beauty Rooms reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
In the event, you chip your nails within seven days, please report this with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer you a free touch-up on the affected nails within seven days. Outside this period there will be a small fee.
Please note that it is illegal to smoke in the Salon.
All personal information taken during the consultation procedure will be stored in a secure encrypted database. Consultation cards will be destroyed once the data is entered into the database and all data is 100% confidential.
It is important that you notify the salon of any medical conditions (including pregnancy) as you may not be eligible for some treatments.
Please ensure that mobile phones are either switched off or on silent for the full duration of your time in the salon.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
We accept cash and most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises. Pedmore Beauty Rooms cannot be held responsible for lost items.
